Are people still feeling tilted about Zac
Please comment why and how that may be? and don't start your argument with "Free no counterplay malphite ults beyond the field of vision"

He was undertuned before, but they overcompensated. He dealt no dmg, so you could easily invade him. Or 2v2 with him and his laner. Most of his power coming in the form of 5v5 and 2v1 or 3v2 kill assist through great cc that isolates targets and causes mayhem, as well as enough tankyness to apply all that juicy gank assist.
He just needed a slight tweak so that if he died to an invade, your rotating laner could pick up the kill because you at least did dmg. They gave him more than that, so now he is less weak in his weak areas and overbearing in his strong areas.
To me personally, the thing is with the way his kit is designed it's nearly impossible to ward properly for him, and now he has notably stronger CC than before to make it that much easier for the laner in question to murder you.
Do you mean with "feeling tilted" that people still know that he is OP? Because yes they do and it is because of his utility and how he doesn't need to hit his E for ganks anymore as his new Q is extremely reliable (q minion and AA enemy).
He does seem slightly overtuned
To me personally, it's not the damage. It's kinda like azir and lee sin. If the player knows the combos, you're pretty cucked.
Zac has soooooooooo much utility and it's annoying for me. his E lets him gank you from 2 screen away, his ult allows for a aoe insec. his W does good damage, his Q is just more cc.
He completely crushes the enemy teams positioning without actually landing his e. Can solo carry a fight pretty easy
