She's bad, I know... But what about her is good?
Her whole kit falls off and lifesteal usually doesnt feel that strong unless she's stomping.. I saw a video where she went stormrazor instead of botrk and she felt wayy better. What am I failing to understand?

Naalith4 votesKalista is probably the coolest idea for an ADC in the whole game. I love virtually everything about her design, just wish she wasn't straight buns. When she released she was super fun, but as is the tale of many cool and unique champions, pro play ruined her.

NelsieLisnen3 votesShe's not bad, you are starting off with the wrong assumption. She's tough to play and to most people it's unclear how she's supposed to be played. But if you can transition well to mid game she dominates almost everything and if she stacks those Runaan's Spears she wins fights single-handedly.
Metal Janna2 votesAn enchanter support's perspective: easy to support. Better than average trades means she bullies the enemies out of the lane practically solo. Strong sticking power means it only takes a slow to feed an enemy to her after they've taken a few unfavorable trades. Playing against her it takes some getting used to her Pierce. If you're not careful she'll go from CSing to running you down with Rend's slow in the blink of an eye. Like with MF do NOT stand behind minions she's trying to kill.
So basically Ashe but with much higher skill and cooperation requirements.

IainG102 votesI'm kinda repeating what other people here have said, but almost all of Kalitsa's up-sides require coordination with the Support.
Even on her own, she can be a pain to hit
Her R allows any Engage Tank Support a free engage, or a save if they engage and it backfires
Her Rend execute can take people by surprise, and can also be used as a Smite if your jungler is dead/not at that objective

NaughtyWord2 votesI think the biggest issue with Kalista is her ult takes great coordination with the right support to be good. The problem with soloque is you can't really effectively communicate with your support unless you roll duo. I can't tell you how many times in ARAM I've been soulbound to Kalista, she ults, and it ends up wasted simply because I wasn't expecting it.
