Is Evelynn Currently Overpowered?

So, I just played two games as Evenlynn. I haven't touched her since Season 3, until a friend of mine dared me to go Red Build Eve Top, maxing E first.

I was able to easily 1v1 the enemy Riven and then proceed to 1v1 Kled in his jungle until the enemy team surrendered.

> Fun part, the enemy team surrendered because the Support Lee Sin rage quit after flamming their jungler, Kled, for using a troll pick. Apparently, Kled jungle is trolling and Support Lee Sin is fine.

Next game, I decide to try Eve again. This time I'm put in the jungle. I do the Shaco cheese (get red and invade blue) and get both the buff and First Blood on their Amumu. From that point foward the game is all about me and Annie getting fed as hell. As I couldn't really touch her while her ult was up (she still was a fed Annie and I a squishy Eve).

Once it came to late game I could easily take Annie down on my own, even if she had her stun up.

So I, a bronze scrub who didn't touched Eve for years, was able to simply pick and roll that well with the champion. It got me wondering: is Eve currently overtuned? She seemed pretty damn strong for me.
