Slowly making everyone overpowered enough that it creates some weird form of balance?

This is far from being dota. but most players will answer by yes

dota 2 doesn't have ADC dominating the game, , and having the game balancing arround them.in fact turn rates balances them, Dota 2 doesn't balance the game arround something, they make "everyone overpowered" means that everyone have a uniqueness that make him playable i.e: leshrac giving you the ability to destroy turets at lvl 2.

In league, riot refuses to make ADC optional, they think that " it isn't a problem if they are picked every time" (repertoir). which leads every time to aberations like assassins picked everywhere to kill them, or some kind of things. And that's how we filled the cycle, adc being op-> assassins being op-> tanks being op to peel for them-> adc can't kill tanks-> adc buffed.

What you are watching right now is what happens every preseason. Right puts some changes and tune down everything before the begining of the season (i.e league of black cleaver)

I'm pretty sure a carry that deals physical damage to avoid BKB is required, as I have trouble finding full support teams (New free for all mode with Ios, anyone?) or teams without any agility or at least strength carries

yea, a dps is requiered, not for bkb but for damage else you will lose since spells don't have scaling in late game, bkb isn't a problem since you can counter it witha lot of disengage items.

but the last time i checked, even axe can replace a carry (axe carry dota 2 ti) you aren't forced to take a carry.
