that's not a slight buff in any sort. Adding extra %health damage to anything is not slight.

I'm sure they just don't want to see him in game after his long pseudo reign.

I'm sure some also feel that if they were going to buff him, giving him more damage on his ult wasn't what they wanted to see, much less any kind of %health, bonus or otherwise.

Not saying i agree or disagree, but it's probably one of those two.

hes in the top 10 banrate in korea, and any lee sin mains that are good with him can know how to snowball and win games. And also the fact hes been dominating for the past 3-4 fucking seasons, which I dont get why you dont have a big ass hatred for it. And now Riot is buffing him to prepare him for worlds
