Riot take notes: Champion Meta

Is it just me or do we just see about 15-20 different champions in just about every game? Out of 130+, that's horrid, and tells me something is wrong somewhere, most likely balance-wise, that puts those champions above the rest as 'meta' picks. Am I wrong here?

Personally, I would love to play certain champs that I like over others, but they don't perform well currently. Some of these include Mordekaiser, Azir, Xerath (although he's gotten a bit more popular lately), Mundo, and Rek'sai. A couple of these are due for updates soon, so fingers crossed.

Who would you like to see return to the meta that has fallen out of favor?

If you like playing for fun a lot more champions are in play. Also if you are good with a champion you can make them work well and still win. I think that the other 4 players on your team are a far bigger factor to you winning than your champ pick if you are good with that champ.

If you are in it to win it then I would say you would be best served by playing/mastering the top 3-5 champions at your desired position.

I would think it would take a substantial amount of resources to have 10 fairly evenly balanced champs at each position giving you a pool of 50 champs let alone 130 plus.

I am not sure how you would do it. Also how much of this is player perspective verse reality? I feel a lot more champions are viable than are played by people. I think the vast majority of people are actually sheeple. I don't know how you can fix player perspective.
