Augments are fun unlike masteries... er 'runes' lol.
I think RIOT can learn something from the augment system they are using in Odyssey. The only caution I would offer is that players are probably still in the honeymoon period of Odyssey... which means RIOT should give players a bit more time in case their opinion shifts radically.
What I like is the decision format. I get to choose from all the available augments (the ones I've unlocked) and I don't have to worry about weird dependencies that force me into choices I don't want. Huh... sort of like a certain other system this game used to have...
As for everyone suggesting that Augments can't be balanced for gameplay...
