Does full tank Vlad/near-full tank Vlad work?

I just went item 3152 item 3111 item 3116 item 3065 item 3194 item 3193 and it worked quite well. Not as much healing as I would have liked but you stay alive for a very long time. You can dive the entire enemy team solo while your ADC chunks from range and then pop stoneplate for some crazy tankiness. I'm not sure if it's viable all the time however.

Does the ennemy team has botrks ? It's all you have to worry about (and vaynes as well).
