You realize that this win rate exists mainly for lower leagues, right? This is mainly because lower leagues are one-two patches behind, hence some people still playing a lot of mal. Not only that, most people don't bother learning any counterplay, so they just lose, lose, and lose. There are tons of better champs than mal right now, especially in 6.12. Top lane: any carry top. Mid lane: Swain still rules for me even with that roa nerf.
