Sylas heals for way to much

ok so sylas is a iffy champ not over the top but not bad, but the main issue i have with him is his heal he heals way to much grabs a visage and its just stupid, even with griev he still heals alot like it needs to be nerfed harder then it was, or griev needs to be buiffed to like 65%
