I'm not hating or complaining, I'm just really curious as to what happened to make him so popular as to be in every single game all of a sudden?

Was he buffed?

Did Bjergerking play him?

Well for whatever reason heim was in nearly every single game i played tonight. It was just completely strange that would happen so suddenly. In most cases when champs that see very little if any playtime compared to all the rest begin to surface so heavily they either got buffed or someone picked it in the LCS. :O

He's one of the highest winrate champions in the game, so people naturally flock to him in search of Freelo. When they realize he's not Freelo, they drop him, and his winrate goes back up as it goes back to just being his experienced players/mains playing him.

At least, that's my theory.

he's pretty bad, and call me what you want but.. i always ban him in ranked. i just don't want to fucking play against heimerdinger. "just destroy his turrets!" yeah, that's pretty hard when you can't even get near him. "He doesn't even deal that much damage!" Non-burstiness =/= low damage. heimer deals damage over time, and it's a lot.
