New Hud wont show up in my ranked games?

I believe Riot said they were first rolling it out in normal queue games only to make sure nothing goes wrong. If something does, atleast they won't get massive spam about people losing LP unfairly.

I'm playing ranked and I had this issue. The hud and pretty much every popup disappears and starts really glitching out. I tried re-installing, didn't help. So now I'm just waiting for riot to fix this bug.
