Pretty much saying "We nerf'd her back then, so we gonna do it again but HARDER"
You could have at least buff her utility skills to compensate the damage thats been done to her with these nerfs...

Sona has been overbearing for the past 12 months and that's a fact. She's supposed to be a huge late game utility support but has also been able to be one of the biggest lane bullies at the same time. She has been able to bully and outpoke champions that are actually supposed to be stronger early but weaker late like Karma............

nah. I main her. But I also do math. Standard builds enhance her Q by 10-15 damage once you consider AP. 5 damage loss Early game is not game breaking and most adc's don't even use it correctly. Late game 10-15 damage BONUS is gonna feel like half of Censer's nerf was restored.
