But i still think that feels like absolute shit - i have to search to find the champions i want to ban, and my teammates banned the same champions i wanted to - in the end i did not even have time to select my ban, never mind clicking the ban button - and i got booted out of the game, losing my promotion series.
I thought we had some sort of protection from this?

SEKAI1 votesIt's stupid. Banning "none" is an option. If you don't pick a ban, it should just default to none. This is the kind of stuff that makes calm and chill people mad.
Still don't get why it automatically disband the queue entirely just because someone didn't lock or didn't ban. Because I seriously don't think it speeds up the queue time more than it's slowing it down, given the boot-out that are due to 'forgetting to lock or ban' occur quite often even today. Not to mention, if they're so afraid of queue afks, remake is already a thing to deal with it as the gatekeeper, so why do we need this again?

Sometimes you just have to ban anything and be happy your ENTIRE team banned something you don't like :P
