So, Dark Harvest

It's better than electrocute on bursty ranged laners.

Is poor for junglers, except in lower elo games where they'll reliably get 20+ kills and assists. Taking a tool away from junglers, to give a better version of it to laners, is pretty par-for-the-course at this point.

In general i strongly believe that Dark Harvest is a more general rune that can go with any champion that went old Dark Harvest and Electrocute plus some champions that have damage but they didnt pick those 2 runes. I expect draven, mf, veigar, karthus, kassadin, lee sin to have it as their primary keystone.

It's exceptionally good on Annie because it can help her last hit champions with her Q and get the 50% reset.
