I've seen so many great, unique, and sometimes money making ideas GIVEN to Riot on these boards. Every day you can check the top posts and see either a legitimate complaint or a unique idea. And not a single one of them are ever implemented in the game, if only by coincidence. I'm starting to feel convinced that Riot's grasp is so weak top post could legitimately be a list of pure toxicity and it wouldn't be taken down nor any punishment given.

These are the official forums right??

These are the official boards, yes. All that means is that they are operated by Riot, though -- it doesn't mean that ideas that are popular here or suggested here are more likely to make it into the game. My understanding is that Riot does not solicit game design advice from the boards, although I'm sure that they do see and possibly discuss some of the discussion points raised here.
