Reasonable Reply To My Chat Restriction

I was recently placed in a ranked flex queue game with a triple queue twice in a row. In the first game I didn't do well, but went even and we ended up winning. The second game right out of the gate I was harassed by them and one of them wanted to take my role. Flash forward to the end of the game when they have 45 deaths combined, and I called them out for this. Not to say I'm an angel, I flamed them quite harshly, but I only ever replied to their flame. I never started it. However when it comes down to it, despite them being toxic and myself being toxic, I get punished because... they reported me, and I didn't report them. The reviews for these cases are ultimately one sided, a rioter will sit and scan through the chat logs looking for a reason to punish the one reported, never taking the time to take the full circumstances into consideration.

Also of note I haven't been punished in about three years and now I get a chat restriction with no warning. Do you only get one warning on each account... forever?
