Error 3L

Trying to queue with someone of the same rank and neither ranked queue will work. The reason stated is Error: 3L, although when I google it nothing shows up. What's the reason for this?

Try just logging out and logging back in, me and a buddy couldn't duo but that fixed it. If not uninstall and reinstall.
