A Solution For Veigar

Veigar is one of my favorite champions, and I'm afraid he will be heavily nerfed soon because of his popularity spike. And while I do agree he needs a nerf of some sort, I feel like Riot is going to go completely overboard with the nerfs, so I made a few that will solve his problems but not make him unplayable.

Dark Matter: AP scaling reduced to 90% from 100% Event Horizon: Stun duration reduced to 2 seconds at all ranks from 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds Primoridial Burst: AP scaling inreased to 110% from 100%

theres nothing wrong with veigar, you destroy him with a counter build, shut him down, force him out of lane entirely or you give him free farm, and you have a handful of a time against one of the (ultimate late game scaling champions) stop complaining about his lane game 5v5 when you wont even consider how pitifully weak and defenseless he is in the early game.

even late game any 1v1, he loses, right off the bat. in a team setting, try item 3026 item 3111 item 3139 item 3027 item 3116 item 3157 item 3156 item 3151 item 3102 item 3174 item 3001

you destroy veigar with a counter build and initiation, you can win against any amount of AP veigar if you just build against him, and guess what, even full tanks still have more than enough damage to kill him because hes sooooo squishy.

you dont even need to build full damage to kill him, hell even a defensive/hybrid build still kills him. and tanks make him cry, he gets chased, focused and he cant even partake in the fight at all without getting locked down and dieing to splash damage.

Doubt he'll get nerfed actually, Vei only won 25% of world championships last time I checked, because they know how to actually counterbuild/counterpick unlike the makers of all the Vinegar complaint threads

Or rewind the clock pre worlds when he sucked?

You don't want 2 seconds at all ranks on E. I just makes his stun last longer for the first 13 levels.

What if the width of the cage increased as he leveled it up. Would that be fair? It still does the same thing. Just a little bit smaller and harder to land at early levels.

I doubt they will touch his reliability, That's what they worked so hard to fix.

If anything, they will simply shave some of the damage that he does.

I am curious about where he is considered OP? Does his Ult too heavily counter dive heavy mages/assassins? (which hes meant to counter) Or does he do too much damage over all? Is he spiking to hard late game. (and his infinite scaling should allow him to win the triple Overtime.) Or does he too reliably get to said late game point?
