can sions passive get a cooldown

seriously sions passive is oppressive in aram and allows him to get way more benefit from feeding than anyone else. He can literally just run into the enemy team and hit the turret then he dies his passive activates and he gets a bunch more free hits in on turret and can do it all over agean upon respawning because his passive has no cooldown. This means that every time he spawns the enemy team either has to waste all of their cc on him or theyll loose turret ridiculously fast.

I think his passive should have a 120 second cooldown that does not count down while hes dead so as to not promote the kamikaze opness that he is currently afforded.

I think the problem with it having a cool down would be that it would be enough of a nerf that he would need compensation buffs and I don't think anyone wants that...

While i can see it possibly for Sion and Karthus in aram.... i wouldnt suggest it for SR as well.

(If you have never played against suicide karthus in aram btw, you should be glad lol)

A cooldown on his passive could be an answer to the "inting Sion" thing that has been coming back somewhat recently. Not sure it's super necessary (and might actually restrict what gameplay strats he could engage in) but it's certainly an idea to consider.

No. Just rework the passive at that point. Sion's passive isn't designed to operate without a cooldown, and if you give it one, you need to give some heavy compensation . It would be easier to just rework it
