rune pages should cost less IP

rune pages are currently on a 2 for 1 sale which is fantastic, but whenever they're not, they're pretty overpriced in IP

considering they only cost 590 RP, which, if we look at champions, is about 1350 worth of IP, i think rune pages could use a price reduction.

i understand riot is a business and they need to make money, but having proper runes is a necessity
