So about Poppy's rework

Lowest win rate in the jungle. Second lowest win rate up top. Yes I know in general win rate isn't everything, but if a champ is the last and second to last in both of its lanes, something is very wrong with the kit. She is below average for everything in champion.gg's matrix in both categories. She is among the lowest gold earned in both top and jungle. She is in the low end on both minions killed (top) and team jungle creeps when she's jungling.

I think people have had enough time to adjust to the new kit. While it's safe to say she doesn't have a broken ult anymore, I think it's also safe to say that her gameplay rework failed in terms of giving us a viable and playable champ. Before the rework, she was a wrecking ball if you could get 4 items on her. Today she looks like she's been hit by one.
