Zoe is shit champion design

There is no good reason for damage to be that high.

Counterpicking is shit game design. - Going for the next higher range/damage is just stupid and keeps anything from top tier from being played at all.

Champion design has nothing to do with numbers though.

Champion design has nothing to do with numbers though.

Explain how her Q can ramp up to multiple of its initial damage combined with the fact there is already a double damage proc on her E, that E is singlehandedly one of if not the most overloaded spell in the entire game especially given its a normal spell where it's like 3 normal spells in 1 (I mean, TF is allowed that kind of stuff because Q only does damage with 0 additional coup-on and E is a conditional passive, but even then W is gated by a rotation mechanic; and then there's Zoe and her baffling E), and that her W has an over-reliance on RNG while Riot had worked very hard to remove the over-reliance of RNG as well as have openly declared that it is something they're absolutely against.

Zoe just has bad champ design.

Again, the damage on her Q and the bonus damage on her E are not issues in her kit. If she has design problems they are elsewhere.

Design is how an ability functions. It travels in a line and stuns. Numbers are how potent an ability is. It stuns for 1 second and travels 1000 units.

W has an over-reliance on RNG while Riot had worked very hard to remove the over-reliance of RNG as well as have openly declared that it is something they're absolutely against.

Show me where Riot said their absolutely against RNG. Because with Elemental Dragons, Kleptomancy, Zoe W, etc. they clearly have exceptions.

Riot is against RNG that creates poor gameplay like Dodge Chance. RNG like Elemental Dragons creates variation in each match without having the luck based, unreliable features that Dodge Chance included.

Nevertheless, Zoe's W is too reliant on RNG.

Zoe just has bad champ design.

I don't think she needs much work on her kit to make it work.

What does a designer do if not even the high level design like procing is their responsibility? You may as well say the designer didn't do shit but take credit for the champ anyway. The reason why I listed all those high level features out was simple, because only a bad designer would look at all of these stuff (again, no numbers, high level designs here) being stuffed into 1 or 2 normal spells and decide that it's entirely okay.

"Show me where Riot said their absolutely against RNG." I wasn't saying against RNG, but "over-reliance on RNG", such as dodge runes like you also know, and Zoe's W. Might want you read again.

So... Where exactly do you place her in damage. Like, top 10? top 5? best in class? top 25? What is the elo you thinking about here?

Zoe is a mid to late game champ with q burst. Predict the placement and where to step, if you do dodge the q then you won the trade.
