Riot, How does Ivern's Exaggerated Damage Output Affect his Rated Performance?
Because it would be pretty obscure to land an S with him simply because your passive exaggerates your damage output.

I feel like for him it's really centered more around how much you help your team, I've gotten S almost every game albeit as Ivern support where I deal maybe 4-5k damage at the most and generally at the 1-2k damage range, I feel like Ivern jungle won't really factor in the damage much at all because theoretically he's not doing any damage to the camps, there isn't a damage indicator for it they simply disappear. On another note though I have realized he's harder to get an S on, I'll have a game with him and go say 2/2/15 or so and not get an S but get an A. Like I said before I feel he is graded mostly on how much he's helping not the damage he does, idk if that answers anything and I'm not riot so I don't know exactly how they do it but that's my observation so far ^-^
Ranking is based on your performance based on other people who play that champion in the role you went. Basically, if Ivern Jungle commonly deals 307k damage, then that is the average that the ranking is based around. It's why it is ridiculously easy to get an S ranking as a champion on an off meta role for them since there is such a small pool of people who play in that role so you could just do average in the off meta role and get an S+. It's an easy way to get a false Mastery 7 rank.
