Because he's ancient. You'll notice new champs and reworks have lost their point and click CC mechanics.

Well, it's not RIOT, it's the community. You can't outplay point and click stuns.

Because he was released back in 2010...

In the same patch where they had JUST added the ability for the login screen to remember your username...

Might be different when they rework him eventually, but I don't think Panth is a big priority there at the moment.

Yeah I agree, he is only a problem when warrior is strong or when his counters are weak.

There will be some champions that have point and click abilities, deal with it.
