As Someone Who Started Jungling Specifically to Avoid Ranged Champs, Praise the Kindred Nerfs

Thank you. Geez. Gnar and Ryze ruin top lane, and jungle was the last bastion where melee characters could roam free without worrying about constant harass and kiting. I know Nidalee is still an issue, but she's much harder to play and thus I see her far less often at my elo. Now that Kindred is getting their brainless kit removed, we can move on.

Also, Riot, you need to understand why Kindred was such an issue in competitive play: Because they can't mess up.

Passive - Free damage on autos, on Q and on W for farming and getting kills.

Q - Auto lock on hits the nearest three targets while giving mobility.

W - Auto lock on free damage while you auto attack in an area, free healing and lower cooldown on your auto lock on hits the nearest target while giving mobility.

E - Point and click slow that gives you bonus damage on your point and click autos.

R - Instant self cast that prevents you from dying.

There is no variance in Kindred's power. They automatically succeed at EVERY SKILL they have as long as they are in range. Zero skill shots. Zero critical strike chance reliance. If you are within range of Kindred, they point, and they click, and they kill you. There is no room for a pro player to outplay that.

This is the problem with SONA and Riot refuses to buff her because they know that will be toxic and a huge issue. I just can't understand why they would release a brand new champion with ZERO variance in their kit.

Kindred honestly needs a rework in order to be allowed into any game again. They need to require some skill beyond kiting jungle monsters. I mean, even Ashe can miss her W.
