can we talk about issues with connections and dcs? and how they affect lower levels of play?

Here in elo hell, there is a 1 in 4 chance by my experience that at least one player will dc from ranked, just from technical issues

its serious though, im not talking about rage quits, i'm talking about games where one team doesnt have a chance because of bad computer or connection.

That 1 in 4 figure does not include the pre 3 minute remake option
