Rune and mastery pages should be saved for the next game

It's a small thing, but it would be helpful for forgetful people like me. Sometimes I get in a queue and pick the right pages, then someone doges and I don't think to do it again the next game. So I'm currently Janna with Warlord's Bloodlust... Oops!

To be honest, I wish they'd give us a config file somewhere that lets us save those per-user and per-champion.

So Janna would always default to the same rune/mastery page, and so would everyone else, all for the cost of a few text files and some simple parsing code.
