does rek'sai need more nerf's?

Interesting to see on pbe the bonus as nerf to her q.

I wasn't under the impression that she had high damage initially. Her q does (at mex level) 165 + 0.9 bonus ad. Pbe drops the bonus ad to 0.6

All up its probably a drop of around 20-30 damage off her rotation if she takes trinity and warrior jg item.

I'm just not seeing the need however. I wouldn't call her weak and I also wouldn't say she is strong. #balanced? What do you guys think? Are they nerfing damage when it should possibly be the utility aspect which is the strong part?
