These proposed rek'sai nerfs look a little too harsh. I agree she is still a little overturned right now but perhaps look at reducing the nerf bat. Maybe reduce her Q by 10 instead of another 20. Also maybe reduce W by 40 instead of 60.

TBH what is your vision for rek'sai? She doesn't have much utility so it can't be that, mobile ward maybe?? This only leave fighter as her role which you are significantly reducing. Lee sin already out duels her so where do you envisage it will stop? Once again I am not surprised by the nerfs and they are warranted, but a little higher that probably needed.

While I think the nerf to her numbers are harsh, I think they are needed. After this, she will likely be balanced. You know what that means right? She won't ever be picked, because the only picks tend to be champs with OP kits/numbers (like Rek'Sai is now).

She is still over tuned that she can still go Top lane and pretty much beat most melee champs. In Jungle she really is oppressive with her kit.

Her dmg needs to be tuned down. I also think it's a bit harsh, but it's possible they just might change it around
