Please stop placing unranked players in silver elo. I've been playing this game for 2 years and I'm still silver 2. I really doubt players who started a few weeks ago will actually enjoy being placed in high silver. I'm not saying I'm good, but It feels like every other game in this elo has at least 3 unrankeds in it. It's no longer fun when games are decided by which team has the least non-smurf unrankeds.
Upvoted, Rito just can't let new players start at silver 3 mmr, you just can't.. You're supposing they are smurf if you do so, if you think that a new lv 30 player is already at a silver 3 mmr you are terribly wrong. Riot is supposing every lv 30 player is a smurf and that they can't reach any new player if they think they all have already the knowledge to fight in high silver.
Silver is the Average, so they start there. That's all there is to it.
I honestly don't know why people continue to play ranked (me included) If it's so broken. lol
Just wait and see how the new ranked system in preseason does to something like this. -1 Division and 2 new tiers.
