Kat nerfs will only effect first time kata players

No actually the regen nerfs are pretty noticeable early game and give her a solid period of weakness to ganks, pokes, and trades, all of which could force her to back much early than her pre-nerf state. The nerfs aren't major "Kat is now unplayable GG Rito" nerfs but they definitely stack on her already meh early game presence.

just played a game vs kat not too long ago got her usual 25 kills face stomp fed carry going on. so yah nothing changed still op will always be op.

If a Katarina player still got stupidly fed post-nerf then either their lane opponent doesn't know how to take advantage of a champion's poor early game or the Katarina player themselves is very good at surviving that poor early.

Say what you want about her but the nerfs made Katarina more skillful, both in playing her and playing against her.
