Why rework her and remove the armor she got just to have it back but with mr? give her heal a cooldown or have her lose more health please.

Her heal does have a cool-down, and the larger her health pool is the more health is taken from her when she does cast her heal.

Don't want her to get her health back? Don't stand in her Q!
