did FIZZ really need buffs?
he was already stupid powerful.. but with these new buffs, he's WAYYY too strong. my team was on all 3 of the enemy inhib turrets without losing any of ours, and everyone on their team was losing lane and behind on CS, etc. except for fizz. fizz started getting kill after kill, etc. wound up with over 30 kills and like 9-10 deaths.. fizz has always been a stupid strong champion.. why buff him? (not flaming or complaining, i get that sometimes you lose games, im legit interested in my they buffed fizz when he's already so strong)
