removing all ap from rageblade and reducing price?

Umm so what if the item had its ap gone and the cost reduced?. just a thought. it isn't really a core item am not sure why is it so expensive. the only two champions that really use all of its stats are Jax and Kayle. and Jax doesn't even build it anymore. I mean a lot of people including me asked to get less stacks for melee. nope (makes sense right. considering fervor gives more stacks to melee). it doesn't make any sense. mind you even with all of this its still not as strong as old rageblade. as that had more stats. and it gave around 40-50 on hit damage late game. new rageblade has only flat 15.

again if they make phantom hit work every 4 hits on ranged like olden days (when it was good balance). we can ignore that. I do not want vayne buffs trust me I loath her.

whats its purpose when only one champion is building it?. Riot said its intended for champions like master yi jax xin zhao to use it. but nobody does because ap is inefficient.

It's meant to be a hybrid auto-attacker item. Personally, I don't think it should be doing the phantom hit thing at all. In an ideal world, Rageblade would do something like-

Your basic attacks deal 15+Bonus AD ratio magic damage and 15+AP ratio physical damage OnHit.

Phantom hit should be on a giant IAS stat-stack ( item 2015 item 1043 item 3101 ).

The whole point of the item is that it's meant for champs that like both AD and AP. If anything they should reduce the attack speed and generic on-hit damage that makes it a general auto-attacker item and focus more on helping out champions that benefit from the AD and AP.
