what is this item doing which other items do not.
what new situations are arising due to this item which normally cant happen from building other items.
are you sure its the item and not the raw champion selection?

Is not really good except if you built it offensely on champs like Diana, Akali, Fiddle etc. Banshee is better for defense, since the AP is low

Penns1 votesBuff other ap items then or remove cdr from Zhonyas/Lich bane and buff them. But I dont see why an item with such a broken passive should have the second highest AP possible + half the HP of a Warmogs..
