Merc Treads Is Obnoxious

I was curious how people feel with merc treads? I feel like theyre way too obnoxious when you only have one form of CC, and probably one of two CCs on the team, but when you build them, they dont feel helpful at all when there's a lot. I feel like they should do a bit more against constant CC in a trade off for less with someone with only one CC!

There's a lot of champs who aren't doing so great in current meta, or just going midlane at least. I feel like it'd be a healthy change (except against like ahri or something h..aha)! [sg-soraka]
