They stated the victorious skin is going to an adc, calling it now victorious vayne. Thats why they arent nerfing her

Tristana was played 10000x more than Vayne. No chance it's that garbage ass champion.
They said the victorious skin was going to be a marksman. Vayne wasn't really relevant in 80% of the season, most people's bets are on Azir.
I believe they said the Championship skin would be an ADC. And it is, since it's Kalista.
As for Vayne nerfs, I'm not expecting anything until after Worlds.
Riot has said they plan to look at her position, they are still trying to figure out if she's just strong because of the tank heavy meta we have going right now (juggernauts and their new items) or actual kit/champion issues she herself has. They're looking into it but we need all the juggernaut stuff to cool down before they could possibly get a good look at other champs reactions with them, until then just be patient.
