S7 and patch change suggestions
In S7, lethality and jungle were changed around alot. Lethality is extremely strong against squishy targets because they basicly ignore most of the champion's armor, thereforth doing almost as much damage as true damage. As most people know, ADCs have very limited amount of health, and assasins's damage could 100-0 all adcs. For example, one recent patch that was released basicly buffed talon's status. The assasins rework made talon a stronger, faster champion. He could flip over walls with his E. My suggestion is that Talon's E should have atleast 10 second CD and the obstacles have a lower CD so he wouldn't have the ability to flip over walls so rapidly that it's barely impossible to chase or run away from. Assasins have strong mobility. Zed can use his W, and E to slow down opponents. Talon has his ult, E, and Q to get to a certain area within seconds, his W also applies a decent amount of slow. Kha'zix become invis with his ult, gaining movement speed and insane burst upon combat. 7.4 has strengthened most bruiser items towards tank, giving them more health but lowering it's damage. It's good for tank bruisers but it will be very, very harmful to adcs because it's harder to kill other people. 'Black Cleaver' - Even though the damage was reduced and it's health got buffed, the armor shred still applies. For some champions with rapid fire and short CD, it's still pretty strong for champions that already got yommus, IE, where they could just instantly delete ADCS 'Yommus's Ghost Blade' - The lethality went down by 5, the nerf wasn't enough. ADCs are relies on attack speed and damage. The attack speed removal did not affect champions like zed and talon much, but rather nerfed most ADC's performance, and further ruined the balance between assasins and Adcs. Have A Great Day :3
