Is Yasuo strong? Or weak?

Over the past 3 seasons (At least when I began to play LOL) People have been debating over whether Yasuo is too strong or not. I have to admit, as a yasuo main, Yasuo is very strong once he snowballs late game, or when he farms under turret correctly and gets ahead in gold. But, the fact that people have to remember. 1, His E is not infinite, it depends on minions or champions. Also the player has to control the direction Yasuo goes or else he will still get struck by a skillshot/go into risky situations. For all the people that doesn't play Yasuo, Yasuo's E has a .5-.1 second CD, which even though, it's extrememly short, it still has a tiny CD. Just like new leblanc's W(2nd cast) and Cass's E. This tiny detail could lead to either an outplay or a failure. (every second matters) 2, His Q depends on attack speed to reduce his CD, so he has to get attack speed and crit items (PD, Shiv etc) as first items or something similar. Thereforth even though players max E for best playing performance, his Q still drags his performance down because he doesn't have the capability to build early stage tank or high damage. (Remember its a skillshot so it is possible to miss if you kite him around) 3, His W, probably one of the most hated spells along with Blackshield(Morg), Zilean ulti...etc The impenetrable windwall. But people tend to forget that his wall doesn't block lasers such as Lux ult. also his WW doesn't move along with him so it is possible to have time, walk around the wall(Get boots) For all the adcs mains who were complaining. Also remembering the fact that yasuo is a squishy bruiser. Which he only has a windwall thats on high CD and a passive shield that requires flow to recharge. If you get CCed, basicly the enemy team can instantly delete you by disable your shield with AA then have your self / jungler walk past his wall and do heavy damage to him. The yasuo nerfs that were recently applied lowered a high percentage of outplay possibllities and mobility and mix damage(Remember that yasuo's E now has an ad ratio but its still useless because yasuo builds mostly attack speed first.) Once yasuo falls off, he's useless because as people know, the lethality and assasins update could instantly delete bruisers now. (Riven burst, talon burst, syndra burst) Even tanky champions like darius, illaoi, could 1 hit anyone and win trade off of their passive lifesteal on their spells. Yasuo for example, only has Doran's sword+Warlord(now is 15%) to help him gain his health back. But he's melee so he will suffer more damage than the amount of health he gains. Thereforth yasuo right now can't do much trading compared to other champions. His ult got nerfed a couple patches ago. Now that his armor pen will only be granted through crits. Well armor pen is no longer a thing. Lethality is what people build now.(I get that they are similar) But armor pen from yasuo's ulti barely benefits yasuo. Yasuo has barely any armor pen or lethality. Only if you go Edge of night or Yommus which people tend to build one of them just to get MR. But that has to be atleast his 4th,or 5th item. What about early game? Riot, you're just gonna ditch him to some crazy ass molesters and let yasuo fall off? People say that yasuo players are salty. I wonder why? Maybe they can't win trades early game, and they can't snow ball late game? Alot of bronze players see that fed yasuos are strong.(Snowballing Yasuos.) Wow! Look at fed Veigars, Darius, Master Yi. Jeez, Oh man, they are broken, and after trying them out, people will say that they have high CD, low damage early game...blah blah blah. Well, bullshit. Just because yasuo has a lower CD doesn't mean he's necessarily stronger. Just because he has a wall doesn't make him invincible. Back to topic, last but not least. His passive, is what we're going to talk about. As every know, his passive grants him double crit, and a shield that regens upon walking(Flow) 1st, his shield, his shield requires flow so if you're slowed, stunned, snared, rooted ...etc, you will get either less or no flows at all. That means in one fight, yasuo can only have his flows at max once unless he uses his ulti which only grants him a shield that will be broken under any circumstances. So besides his windwall, his shield is the only thing that can keep him away from getting deleted. 2nd, his double crit. People think that his double crit is broken because he's probably the only champ that can hit 100% crit with 2 items. Well, his passive also states that his critical hits has reduced damage. Reduced damage? Oh man, look at jhin, why does no one call him broken? He has reduced damage too! But he gets more AD than yasuo thereforth he does more damage. (you might say that he's an adc and he's squishy) Well? Guess what? Build edge of night, Mercurial Scimitar, Maw, etc, screw the mages mid game! Yasuo? You can only build one, because of your limited item build. You have to fit atleast 4 types of things. (Attack speed, Crit, Lifesteal, Tank) so usually PD, IE, BT/BORK. Your limited building space lowers his tankiness thereforth his passive shield is very useful...Back to topic, his lowered crit chance means that even with double crit, he does less damage than normal ADCS. Early game, he still has a high CD on most of his spells, and he's very much a contact champion. Meaning that you have to get close inorder to get health back, or make trades. So map awareness is also cruicial. Crit is better with more AD. WIth recent patches, riot nerfed AD on bruiser items(Black Cleaver, Frozen Mallet) Causing his ult's damage and his crit damage falling off. That means if you're going to build tank yasuo, you do no damage and theres a chance of you still getting destroyed because you can't do shit while getting heavy CCed. The only CC yasuo has is his 3rd Q, where it has approximately 3 second CD late game(Using 3 Qs). That means if you want to do some plays (Use your ult, gain life to survive longer, do damage and CC) You'll have to use ur Q alot. Which the lowest CD you can have is 1.33 seconds on your Q.(Not talking about cast time here) You will need that double crit inorder to make sure that you get the correct amount of trading between you and the other mid laner. (Like I said, he's very dependent on close range combat so you need more healing every time you go in lane, and for better trading purposes). Lastly, you need to remember, again, that he builds mostly attack speed and (after S6, its tank) Tank early game. You'll can only start doing damage after getting IE, or your main damage income sources. Thereforth to balance trading for yasuo, riot decided that it is nesscary to have Yasuo maintain his double crit(My logical thinking). In my own opinions, if future nerfs on tank items and buffs on assasins still continue, yasuo will not benefit because he is a bruiser, thereforth personally i think he is weak(Bronze yasuos either get really fed or really shitty late game wise, so those can't be counted) Thank you for your time reading over this.

hes a very oppressive lane bully(holds on his Q to perma-deny you off waves) who is a late game carry, that in itself is extremely toxic.

Yasuo is quite strong for solo q, but I find that he is strong to the point that people get overconfident and end up dying with him. For example, pushing waves and overextending instead of trying to freeze the wave, and playing recklessly because of his shield/windwall.
