Leaver Buster Queue Time

When I minimize the league tab, the leaver buster timer increases, despite the time went beyond 30 minutes, but I still had to wait 5 more minutes to queue up. P.S. When i wait for a match to pop up when its been past 30 mins, the timer stopped and nothing came out.
