I don't mind losing but when you're not ranked and you're helpless against silver/gold and beyond players. its not fun to play anymore. can you please put the silver with silver. unranked with unranked and everyone lived happy forever after

They did something to absolutely fuck you and that something is what you should learn from. There really won't be that many close games, but higher elo players learn from every loss and every mistake they made during those losses

If you've never played a single normal game on an account, however that account is platinum [common with smurfs who powerlevel through ARAM]. When you finally decide to play a normal game, EVERY single person you play with, will be bronze. 100%.

EndlessSorcerer1 votesNot being ranked doesn't matter. If you are being matched together, then you are of approximately similar skill as measured by your MMR in normal queue.
I didn't bother playing ranked games until part-way through this season and I was being matched with Gold to Diamond players in normal games pretty much exclusively. I was capable of holding my own against them in normal games, hence I was matched against them in normal games.
If your skill level is really lower, then your MMR will gradually drop until you are match with people of your skill level.
