What's the best way to farm levels for BE?
Yuumi seems right up my alley but I'm too poor to buy her. Would aram be best with the shorter game times? Or would sr be better?

the op specifically asked which would be better for experience
aram is shorter in game time yes, but I think exp is still loosely tied to game time so sr provides (or should) more exp
so it is a bit of a weird trade off
you can have shorter matches (15-20min) with less exp gain in ARAM
or longer matches (30min+ on avg) with more exp gain in Summoner's Rift
it all really depends on your personal time constraints
