The Only Two Items that Loses Stats to Buy

I want to complain about item 3124 and item 2032 :3

One of item 3124's components - the item 1043 - gives 25% attack speed. If you bought item 1043, then buy item 3124 later, you lose 25% attack speed. Of course, item 3124 does has its stacking passive, but you need four of the six stacks to get 24% AS. In my opinion, from a game designer's perspective, that's such a horrible and lazy design. Just by stats, item 3124 is literally the only item that loses stats from its components. If you lowered its stacking AS to 4% from 8% and gave item 3124 25% AS, it would provide a fluid transition from its components, and there's only a 1% AS difference when it's fully stacked. (48% with current, 49% with my suggestion). Also... if Riot ever comes by this and decides to change item 3124 accordingly... could you also lower its AD and AP by 10 to make item 3124 cheaper? :3 No? Is that too much to ask for? ^~^"

And now, item 2032. No one who jungles often really buys this item, and for good reason. item 2031 restores 125 health per charge over 12 seconds, holds 2 charges, and refills the charges at the fountain. item 2032 restores 60 health and 35 mana per charge over 8 seconds, holds 5 charges, and refills the charges at the fountain or 1 for clearing a jungle camp. It's a little useful for restoring mana, I guess, but everything else about this item is so bad. You need 2 charges of item 2032 to equal out a charge of item 2031 minus 5 health, so in terms of health, it's literally a item 2031 with 2.5 charges, restoring half a charge for jungle clears. For 250 gold. But that's not all. The rate at which item 2032 restores health is slower than item 2031. item 2033 is a much better upgrade to item 2031 than item 2032 even for a jungler. It has 3 charges, restores 125 health and 75 mana over 12 seconds, gives a more useful burn affect for AA's, and refills at the fountain, all for just 100 more gold than item 2032. You literally need 7 item 2032 charges PLUS 20 more seconds to surpass a item 2033 in just stats. If you're including the burn effect, you'd need at least two more charge of item 2032 to surpass a item 2033. That's 4 camp clears to surpass a item 2033, and because of that, it feels so lackluster and not worth investing in. If you changed item 2032 to 3 charges, each charge restoring 125 health and 75 mana over 12 seconds, even then it already becomes so much of a better item for junglers. To keep it at 400 gold, you'd probably need to reduce its charges to 2, and even then it's still so much of a better item for junglers. Who's with me?! ... No one? ;-; I'm gonna go cry at a corner. RIP.

item 2032 this item is great. I buy it on most AP junglers that require a lot of mana. Go play nidalee/diana/maokai and see how useless it is then (
