You know what kind of champ I want? I high mobility one.

No, not this Yasuo or this Fizz or this Nidalee , I want a champ that has a metric ton of mobility but is a sustained damage dealer.

One of my favorite types of fighting styles to do in games is to be someone that takes pot shots or quick attacks at the enemy before retreating a bit to get distance from a counter attack and dancing around my enemy. Someone that kills people through a thousand cuts instead of one big stab wound.

The main issue with mobility so often in this game is that it's almost always attached to burst damage dealers or it's just used for someone to get on your face and smash it in with autos. I want a champion that doesn't have the damage to kill someone in a single rotation, someone that zips in and out dealing small bits of decent damage over and over until they can finally go in for a kill on someone.

Now you might say that assassins work like this too but this is just how they work in lanning phase before they get their items that will let them burst people down. I want a champion who has most of their power budget invested in their mobility which is HUGE mobility, EXTREME mobility, at the cost of having no burst damage.

Kalista ? Kindred ? Not enough mobility or too much burst for your death by a thouthand cuts style?

Yasuo is a sustained damage dealer.

Yasuo also has large damage and his main gimick isn't about his mobility, it's about having all the tools needed to fight ranged enemies and as he gets items he becomes capable of dealing burst damage. He functions like assassins do in that early game he'll trade but once he gets his items he just constantly goes all in on his enemy the moment they go anywhere near their own minions.

I want a champion that NEVER transitions to a point where they deal burst damage and never gets to a point where they can kill people in one rotation, someone that functions as a poke champ but instead of it being facilitated with range, they use their mobility to allow them to poke their enemy down.

So, sonething like this?

#Fury of thousand strikes (R) Upon activation you gain 50% movement speed and 4x more attack speed from all sources for your next 25 auto-attacks or 5s. During this attacks your auto-attack damage is reduced by 50%, you cant applay on-hits but you can exeed usuall 2.5 attack speed cap up to 10.0 and move and attack at the same time. After using all 25 attacks you gain 50% movement speed if running away from you enemies and your attack speed is reduced to flat 0.3 for 5s. After those 5s you gain additonal 25 strikes and so on. If you fail to deliver all 25 strikes in 5 sec this ability goes on cooldown and you are slowed by 50%.

The problem is that it is almost impossible to balance such champ. With lot of dashes and sustained damage champ will be too weak against Point and klick cc/spells. It will have no chance against adcs, some mages and champions with spells like nautilus ult.

You can also give it enough damage to fight adcs and so on but then it would be just another champion with typical damage and spells but also op against skillshots so it would become broken.

It's not my Imagination there was such a champ perfectly matching to this description, it was called Kalista.
