Bout damn time they put some nerfs, a whooping 20 secs longer on rank 1 and 10 on rank 2 means he can't chain a snowball as faster but it isn't going to put any impact on his Pre-6 shenigans, they need to seriously put some impact on his Q and E jumping and the damage/shields they provide i feel like they need to add more impact to.

But definitely screw over his wave clear power too. Atleast a champion like Shyvana has a reason for W combined with Q being good wave clear but besides her R she isn't going to be jumping over walls and facemelt a target. Hell, Hecarim and Lee nee to really get trimmed up so by being mobile they need to have kits to turn them into squishie mooks that if they don't stack damage they are just plain trash tier in damage or just as annoying as a Cho'gath popping his Q knock up at you while you both are in a clear empty section of the map.

Why can't Lee'sin have insanely high 'energy' costs that do not allow in early game for you to be pulling off Q in, W unload out and E out combos and by the time he uses W in Pre level 6, he would have to land 2 of his energy recovery auto attacks first (they could remove the attack speed buff on this plz) before he barely has enough to E escape.

Its the same argument i always like to ponder, champions with high amounts of power, especially in early game, regardless if they were 'intended' for snowballing early game, should really be gated by high costs to ruin them over with spam or repeated actions of 'full all in actions', while champions with little power in early game should be more forgiving in the mana costs so they don't get forced to stick to autos or back out earlier in lane.

THAT WAY, said 'snowball early game champions' will be gated by high risk requirements then 'skill requirements' so if they waste time say trying to 'constantly' gank lanes, then being a level or two behind could make them heavily screwed over aka in the same situation pre-assassin update Katarina was, stuck to a "Need to Feast OR be forever in famine unless team mates help feed them situation".

His energy costs are already high. If you played him (surprise surprise low elo players don't play the champs they think are OP) you would realize this. He cannot spam all of his abilities. He needs to auto attack.

Dude, u act like between Bronze 3 and Silver 5 players! Lee is fine, everybody can play him but most of them droped from example: 7 3 till 15 min, if game goes 25+ they finish negative bcs Lee Sin gave u much in early game, but mid game and lategame if u re not good on him he gets punished for every little mistake and probably throwing teamfights, objectives bla bla... What did u say doesnt have no sense, u gave example of Shyvana compared to lee sin. Let me tell u bro, Shyvana if builded full tank expect of AS jg item, she can MELT their backline alone and survive, if u re on lee 25 0 if they grouped u need skill and timing to win 5v5 fight. Well every champ has uniqe playstiyle or KIT, whats the prob on Lee Sin Kit? There is a lot of more junglers who are easier to play and giving so much in reward then Lee Sin, example: Graves is even stronger than Lee early game, LATE GAME they cant compare, Graves is monster compared to Lee in every segment of game, Elise, Vi, Hecarim, new WW, Gragas, Zac and Yi (in low elo games)... LeeSin 1M mastery points, on West 800k. One more thing, Lee has a lot of weaknesses but i assuming u dont know them. GL HF

Honestly, I didn't expect him to receive any nerfs, so I guess it is a positive.

At least they are finally nerfing Ivern. It's about goddamn time.

That's not a slap to the wrist, it makes a difference when he's engaging/disengaging. You also get more time to see him before he Qs or w/e he decides on doing, and it makes him less forgiving. I'm glad Ivern is getting a similar nerf too.

Early game.. they need to add at least 5 - 10 seconds on each level.

But it's Lee, Riot's favorite champion. This won't stop Svenskeren from playing Lee JG in MSI

And im the individual who has a love of champions like Kindred Shyvana Poppy Ahri Sona Fiora Fizz TwistedFate Gangplank (most recent enjoyable champ to play) Jinx Kayle Xayah (not my new love interest ADC but she is enjoyable enough with the smooth playstyle) Alistar Lux Morgana Veigar Annie Annie Annie Garen Udyr (manbearpig is always fun when he isn't in the dumpster or is only have his feet in the dumpster)

Which pretty much situate to me using alot of champions that never got into the broken overpowered tier or meta really and a good deal of them being 'squishie'. Oh i forgot Ashe too with me dropping out on playing Jhin that much since the people who keep demanding me to go lethality jhin.

didn't they nerf his ult base damages and other things last patch as well? t'ain't a one time thing but they don't want to send him into trashville where the balance devs that live there will either leave him alone forever or buff him way too much and then he'll be back.

5 movement speed is a good nerf imho -- in fact I considered posting about giving him the vi treatment (slight number nerfs, including,yes, 5 ms, brought her in line nicely). I am not saying it is enough to bring him to balanced, we'll see. But it is not nothing. Yay!

Taking the most credits possible in an Engineering major and summer classes now. Haven't had a summer off in years. Barely played this season (still hit diamond though).
