Buffs to Cait?

So would be nice if my second most played adc could be not a instant lose if I lock that in. Now I know Cait will be a little better once preseason hits due to the tower changes, but still shes so bad atm unless your rip the other bot lane a new one in the lane phase. Anyhow I'm somewhat interested to see what yall think and if she does need some kind of buff? and if so what would they buff?
