can someone explain my lack of dmg compared to varus?

c'mon varus played like a bitch all game and i had to work hard for all my kills/items and he still does more dmg than me. he just sat in the back during team fights and play like the biggest pussy. all u ppl playing champions like varus/jhin need to grow a pair of cojones and stop fighting from 1800 range in fog of war. im getting sick and tired of all of u

additionally, with varus standing in the back charging up his Q, i am behind my front line applying on-hit with runaans to 3 mother fucking targets but do u want to know why varus is doing more damage? BESIDES HIM BEING A POKE CHAMPION, reducing armor via lethality/masteries increases damage multiplier. stop playing like a bitch

Poke champions always do a lot of damage. You just hard engage on them because they don't do as much DPS in a straight up team fight

that's where the compensation goes wrong. poke champions should have consistency of poke and range but should lack in the damage department.

unreliability, immobility, predictability are 3 huge ones

other people like Darius only have access to high damage after they've met a set of conditions.

While I don't like Varus/Jhin in the current state of the game, you wont earn my upvote from being a salty prick and calling them all bitches...hopefully the rest of the boards share a similar mindset

i won the fucking game because beat the shit out of the varus/janna/lee during laning phase (yes botlane was a 2v3), shot called for objectives and sieged to end the game.

they're bitches because they stand in fog of war and do ridiculous amount of damage with little to no repercussion. want to engage on them? EoN and Youmoos away. in comparison, riot nerfed AP Kog'Maw because he was the subject to the same "poke from fog of war" abuse and was nerfed.

not all of us need to play cancer to gain elo (ie syndra, hecarim, darius)

any poke champion is going to be high in the damage charts simply because they are constantly poking you down which means they aren't 100-0ing (unless they are that fed) so you always have chances to regen or heal or shield some HP before they launch another attack vs burst or sustained champions that give their enemies less chances of healing, shielding or to regen HP
