Patch 523 Champions question!

Since i don't really understand how a lot of champion in the game work, can anyone give me a quick overview of which champion in the upcoming patch 523 get nerf and which one got buff?

Ashe + Azir got bugfixes. This might make them slightly better due to a smoother feel of the champions.

Bard and Skarner has their passive (chimes and crystals) to activate earlier due to the earlier minion spawn.

Caitlyn is now dealing more damage to the targets behind the first one hit on her Q. This makes it more powerful to hit a minion and then a champion behind the minion. Buff in lane.

Khazix got a bit more tanky, and doesnt run OOM (Out Of Mana) so often anymore - small buff, especially to his jungle survivability.

Lucian got nerfed earlygame and is slightly buffed lategame.

Miss Fortune got a nerf to her surviivability, especially early game. She is now more likely to die in lane. The W attack speed nerf shouldnt mean that much, but will lower her non-Ulti damage by a tad.

Mordekaiser got a quite big buff. His Q deals more damage on 1st hit and isn't as stupidly absurd on 3rd hit. Other than that, he now both deals more damage and is harder to kill.

Quinn should get a buff to her dueling, and should be better when behind and a bit weaker when behind. I honestly don't know much about Quinn, so i cant say for sure.

Zed got a massive buff at Lvl 6. Honestly, when you are in range of his shadow dash + ult, she should be able to kill you the moment he hits 6 - the damage increase is huge. His overall gameplay is also buffed, with a longer Shadow range. He will still fall off very hard lategame. Everything will revovle about him being able to get a bunch of kills from lvl 6-10 and snowball very hard, and if he doesn't, he becomes useless.

Zilean got a minor buff - more XP for your allies! in high ELO, this could for example mean he guarantees Zed hits Lvl 6 before his opponent, making the kill even more secure (important vs for example Swain, that can tank a Zed ult when they both are lvl 6). Dont expect this buff to mean much in lower ELOs
