You want a healthier league? Subtract additional LP from players with confirmed toxic reports. Keep all the toxic people who throw games like children in the bottom of each division

na toxic players already get the punishments they deserve. also keeping them in the bottom of the divisions sounds almost like prisoner island which is not what riot wants and players who just arent that good dont want to get more toxic players in their games just because of that reason

better suggestion, make ranks more fluid, if i play with certain people i expect to hold their rank.

only my play should dictate my rank. no one should be forced to play more games.

1850 normals MMR, 1350 ranked MMR (what op gg says), in one situation im laning against diamonds and in the next i find myself with 4 children to look after.

"but you cant fall out of g5, or s5" without being grossly below average.
